We went camping on July 1st. Mom was too scared to try anything longer with Bella Boo; it being her first camping experience. We actually had a great time! We found the perfect location right on Lost Lake up on Cameron Pass. We had to hike with all of our gear, but it was worth it.
Cooper loves to go camping. He was SO thrilled. Here he is with a planet on his head. On the other cheek is a rocket. Our friend was practicing her face painting.
Bella was having a really hard time waiting for us to get everything to camp. But she loved being outside.

What happens when Daddy wakes the baby at 5 a.m.? She gets to share a sleeping bag with Mom! Guess which one of us went right back to sleep, and which one of us didn't?
Again, this kid LOVES camping.

We didn't really get much sleep that night (especially Mom), and it took us several days to recover. We also got a ton of bug bites. But, other than that, it was a great experience and we look forward to a repeat soon!
